Albert Ingram, Chung-Ming Ou, R. James Owen

Abstract

Increasing numbers of college and university faculty are facing a set of issues that we may not have anticipated just a few years ago. Will everyone in the class be able to navigate the course materials and make use of the opportunities for interaction that we provide? How can we communicate effectively and sensitively online with all students?
